A year ago I got en idea when I heard We Are the World on the radio. Is it possible to connect students from different parts of the world and let them do a song together?
The idea grew into a global Song Project. Today Schools from Sweden, Australia, Switzerland, Mexico and Brazil are working on this project. The project started in Sweden, there students from Nacka made a chorus. Now students from other schools in the world, continues to do verses to the song.
The song is made and recorded in GarageBand and Logic, the project files is sent between the schools with the help of Gobbler.com.
When the song is finished, we will make a music video and start a collection for children in need.
I who started this project named Tobias Gyllensvärd and I work as a teacher and development leader. I am also Apple Distinguished Educator.
